    Based on the assessment, you receive a documented care plan: the care goals, the recommended service and schedule, who will do what, and what progress should look like over time. You can ask questions and adjust it. Nothing begins until you’re comfortable.

    Matched with a verified professional

    We match you with a care professional whose skills fit the plan. Before they arrive, you receive their profile and verification status — qualifications, experience, background-check confirmation and skill certification. You always know who is coming into your home.

    Transparent pricing, in writing

    You get a clear written estimate before service starts, based on published rate ranges. No hidden charges. No surprises on the invoice.

    Care begins, with oversight

    Your care professional delivers care to the plan. A supervisor stays involved — checking in, reviewing progress, and ensuring standards. You’re not left alone with a stranger; you’re supported by a team.

    Progress updates & accountability

    You receive regular updates on how care is going against the plan’s goals. If something isn’t working — including the professional themselves — tell us. We will replace any care professional you’re not satisfied with, free of charge.

    Insurance & paperwork support

    We help you assemble the records, visit logs and documentation many insurers require for home-care reimbursement, and guide you through filing the claim — so you can recover eligible costs.
